To Be Together Again

To Be Together Again

With every moment we spend together I feel more and more alive,
but every time you say goodbye part of my heart and soul still dies.

I yearn to hold you in my arms again and hug with a passionate
  squeeze, baby please,
The pain of missing you hurts like a deadly disease,

Only healed by the delicate tones and the words that you speak,
but like TLC sang, baby my knees still get so weak,

And I lose control of my senses with unfathomed desire,
with this unquenchable thirst, only sated by the fire

In your eyes, your heart, your spirit mind and soul,
ever since I first met you, you've taken a strong hold

Of my heart when it was empty and at its most hollow
and you filled it with your charm and a path for this lost soul
  to follow

That led straight to your heart...one way in and no way out,
and showed me this inner love I can never live without.

It's like a smooth sonnet or a melodic rhapsody,
the way you just eased into my life and fully captured me

In your sweet web of charm...if it's a dream, let me sleep
into eternity, never to leave this blissful retreat.

I dream of your silky brown hair and your soft, wet lips,
gentle touches, massages, caresses from your smooth fingertips.

I dream our love for each other is finally revealed
in one kiss so passionate our ecstasy unreels

And entangled us two lovers in a knot so tough,
that all the miles that separate us would never be enough

To keep us from being each other's king and queen, on the throne
  of desire,
vowing together forever, with an endless love that will never tire.

Oh, to be together again.
